Plain version: I only use what you send me to price and do your job.

What I collect

• Estimate requests: your job description, location, any photos you upload, and the name, phone and email you give me if you save the estimate.
• Customer records: if I do work for you, I keep your contact info, jobs, invoices and payments in my customer records so I can bill you and keep track of the work.
• Payments: card payments go through Square. I never see or store your card number. Cash and check payments are just recorded on your invoice.

How it’s used

To give you a price, contact you about your job, schedule work, and send invoices. To create the rough estimate, your description and photos are sent to an AI service (OpenAI) that produces the price range. I don’t sell or share your information with anyone else, and I don’t use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Saved estimates and their photos are deleted automatically after a while if they don’t turn into a job. Customer and invoice records are kept as long as I need them for my business records.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. It doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
